Designer Babies

I think that it is wrong create a designer baby for any reason. If I had a baby born with a rare disease that was going to give him problems the rest of his life and I could design a baby to save the first, I wouldn't do it. It sounds harsh, but is it as harsh as creating a baby for the sole purpose of saving your first child? The second child wouldn't have been created out of love, he would have been created with a purpose.

Holocaust Denial

If someone came up to me and told me that the Holocaust never happened, I would ask them to explain why they believed that. After the tell me about how the holocaust didn't happen I would tell them that I believe the Holocaust did happen. I would tell them about all the evidence that supports that the Holocaust did happen. There are still existing concentration camps throughout Europe and the most famous one: Auschwitz is still around. If you go to the concentration camps you can find gas chamber and crematoria where people were killed and there bodies burned to ashes. I would also show the person some of the pictures taken of the Jews in the concentration camps during the war. Pictures are worth a thousand words and you can't say something didn't happen if you have real photos of the event. If this isn't enough evidence then I would tell the people about the survivors. Why would millions of people tattoo their arms with numbers? How do you go up to a survivor and tell him/her that the Holocaust never happened when they lived through it? 

Holocaust

I think that if the world and everyone in the world would view each other as equal, the holocaust wouldn't have happened. The Holocaust came about because one man didn't see Jews as equal people as Germans. People should be treated as equals and race, gender, or religion shouldn't decided wither or not you are equal to another person. Just being human makes you equal to everyone else. What would happen if the black community decided that white Americans weren't equal to African Americans. The African Americans can do what the white Americans did to the African Americans. But I don't think that the African Americans will go against white Americans, i think the African Americans learned something the world needs to learn. How to forgive and forget. The African Americans could have retaliated against the whites for what we did, but the African Americans didn't. If only the world could learn this, it would make people more understanding and nicer.

To Kill a Mockingbird Chapter 10

When day in middle school my graphing calculator was stolen out of my locker. I looked for the calculator but couldn't find it. I asked my teachers about it but they didn't see it either. I thought that my mom would be mad that my calculator was gone even though it wasn't my fault. A few weeks later a finally told my mom about the calculator incident and to my surprise, I found that she wasn't mad. She reminded me that it wasn't my fault and there was nothing I could do about it. I learned that I should tell my mom things like this, so that we can try to fix/solve the problem together.

To Kill a Mockingbird Neighborhood

When I was little me and my brother John would make up games that we would play in the back yard. Though we were different than Jem and Scout because me and John based our games off of TV shows, not people. I don't think I would be friends with Scout she seems busy and complains a lot. As for Dill and Jem I think I would be friends with them because they like to have adventures. I think my experience with Dill and Jem would make me more of a trouble maker.

Instructions for Living a Life

There's not really instructions for living a life. But if you want to live a happy life there's some things you could do. Paying attention in life and being a good friend to your friends and your enemy's. Helping  those in need, bringing out the good in people and loving everyone. 

What would you add to the constitution?

I would add to the constitution that abortion would be illegal all throughout the United States. I think it's wrong to have an abortion no matter the circumstances of how the  woman got pregnant. The baby inside the womb is alive and is a living person. In law courts when a person kills a pregnant woman the person is charged with double murder, so why isn't abortion consider committing murder. Having an abortion is a cruel way to get rid of your child. Instead of having an abortion, why don't you have the baby and give it up for adoption if you really don't want the child.
